The upper stud is a sculptural geometric form in vintage gold: a three-dimensional lattice of triangular and fan-shaped openings, like a faceted gemstone reimagined in open metalwork. Light passes through it, around it, and catches on every edge. Below, suspended on a delicate jump ring, hangs the centerpiece — a generous teardrop cabochon framed by multiple concentric gold ridges, like the rings of a target or the ripples of a stone dropped in still water. The stone within tells its own story: the Lapis Lazuli edition burns with a deep, saturated midnight blue — ancient, opulent, and alive with natural variation; the Amazonite edition glows with a soft sky blue-green, the color of shallow tropical water over white sand.
